Blake and Jake’s Wedding Day Story
Blake and Jake chose to see each other for the very first time at the ceremony, and the energy that created in that Tudor Room was absolutely electric. There is something so magical about a couple who saves that first moment for the altar, and when Jake saw Blake walk down the aisle on Valentine’s Day, surrounded by the people they love most, it was the kind of moment that gives you chills behind the camera.
The ceremony was joyful, heartfelt, and filled with so much laughter and happy tears. After the ceremony we moved into portrait time, taking full advantage of the Starlight Ballroom and the stunning exterior of Hotel Kansas City. As the evening shifted into the reception, the fun and celebratory energy that Blake and Jake brought to every part of their day filled the room completely.
